    Default VHT black vinyl dye under seat plastics?

    heard afew stories about vinyl dye rubbing off and chipping , im wondering if anyone has used it on there under seat plastics , the parts that cover your seat rails ect even on the side of the seat were the eletric button is if you kind of get an idea . Can someone give me some advise wheather or not to do it

    big help man thanks , prepping with metho/wax and greese remover would remove most of the oils ect ?

    make sure what your spraying is very very clean and it will last ages all my plastics and dash was painted with vht vinyl dye years ago and theyre still looking great.

    what about the prepping side of it what did you use ? ill start off on the small plastics and maybe work my way up to dash ect depending on how well it turned out .Did you only use VHT vinyl dye or did you use sealers/clear coat ?

    wax and grease remover take your time cleaning and it will just about guarrantee a good job

    deffinatly be doing this tomorrow or monday , after wax and greese remover you didnt metho it or nothing?
    By the time i finish prepping id probally have made it disappear haha

    na just used wax and grease remover ,i think i used metho when i did my console at a later date the only thing that didnt last long was the rim of my steering wheel.

    alright man cheers for the info im only doing my under seat plastics for now then go from there
