Whats the deal with NEONS

Ah fair enough. I think interior lights are legal as long as you can't see the light from outside the car, and you have to be able to turn them off with a switch.

thats cool because i have 4 sets of lights i know i want to put 1 in each of the foot wheels for the front seat but i dont know where to place the other 2

Under the front seats so it shines on the rear footwell is possible. A few people on here have it done.

Rice it up mate. My first vr had the washer squirter lights under car LEDs black lights inside and an interior light bulb that changed colour. It's really only car park wank factor anyway. It's all good if u love it though
