I'm repairing a car that was given to me and getting it ready for a RWC
I found damage along these rails (picture below, but not my car) the damage isn't as bad, there are just a couple of bends in the same spot.
I'm just hoping to hear the advice of people that have had similar problems or anyone that has more knowledge than i do. (Probably everyone that reads this thread)
Should i have a go at it with a hammer?
Leave it if it doesn't stop me getting a RWC?
Get a professional to look at it?
Thanks heaps guys.

my vr is the same also,if your worried about it,maybe try something like a shifter and just bend them back to how it's meant to be...
i dont think they will even raise an eyebrow
mines the same ,its not a problem but you should put your stand under the chassis rail not where it is..
thats not he's car in the picture.
shouldn't be anything to worry about.
nothing to wory about as already said its not structial so they wont care.
theres probly 1 in 10 vr/s that arent like that, my calais is, and almost every other car ive owned/ jacked up has been bent like that, its no differant to having a dint in any of your panels really
Thanks heaps for the replies guys
Yeah like i said, that's not my car in the pic, the damage was done before the car was mine
So i guess i'll just leave it for now
