No fines or infringements in Vic from 7am this Friday?

Hey guys just came across this Victoria Police industrial action to fight for a pay increase so though it'd be interesting for Victorian drivers:

It's no "on the spot" fines. That means, the police will charge you and send you a summons to appear before a magistrate to hear the matter. I think I'd take the on the spot fine myself but good luck to you all.
