Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone has a Billet shifter in they're Getrag V6 and will tell me how they go over the standard shifter with the shorter throw range.
I'm already set on one pretty much but just want some info from someone who has one.
Also, who sells them and what price are they these days? I'm pretty sure they're about $500 but I can't find any online so anyone know which places deal with them? Bursons/Repco etc?
Thanks.
im pretty sure one of the site sponsors sells them. might be worth a look.

I've one in mine. If you're a 'spirited' driver then i'd certainly recommend it. You'll find that it will correct most of the typical getrag sloppyness and have about half the throw it does standard. They also have a much heavier feel between gears as there is less mechanical advantage (to create the shortened shift) so you cant just push it into gear with one finger, it needs to be hard and positive.
I got mine around 3 years ago for approx $450 from memory through a group buy on this forum. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer direct? Billet Products Australia.
Cheers
