    Default Shock Absorbers?

Will it be alright to keep the stock shocks if im just replacing the springs to king spring lows. which only lower it about 30mm.
this is on a 2002 VU II storm ute

shouldn't be to bad, alot of people do it, but any lower and you would have some problems. but of course with new shocks it will handle and ride better.

    yeah i'd change them eventually.
keeping the standard shocks in would just be temporary.

I would recommend changing them... did the same thing for my VY and did shocks at the same time and the old shocks were fair rooted
car handles a lot better with them in a reckon

Just save and do it once and do it right otherwise your gonna be pulling bits and peices off for months lol

Yeah ive put ultras in the back already with monroe gt shocks.
just wondering about the front.. i suppose it would save alot of time and effort to just do springs and shocks all at once.

change your strut top bearings at the same time too... if they old ones are rooted already they will be pretty quickly after putting in the new shocks and springs
