Wanting the ute to be legal for a bit so im putting a set of ceptors that i have in the garage on it

On the tyre place card in the engine bay it has


Now I know the tyre height and sidewall are right im Just a bit clueless on the speed rating on them.


Now the stockies I want to to put on are

205/65 R15 94V Max load 670kg, and they are 6 inch wide rims I think

So going by the card in the bay these stockies are just that little bit better then whats recommended and 100% legal ?


And while im here , the Tread off the tread indicator is 3.5-4mm and around 4.5-5mm on the actual tyre groove


Does this mean that it has around 50-60% of tread left and that its at a rwc standard of grip left on said tyres ?
