    Default places to mount gauges in a vn

    i have 2 gauges in my vn one under the cd player (volts) and one on the fuse door (oil psi) and soon im going to get another 1 (oil temp) if i can be bothered but i want to relocate them i was thinking under the cd player were the volts gauge is but i want the little compartment back to put stuff in and i cant really think of any were to put them and i dont want them on the A pillar (ricer) so i need ideas was thinking in 3 cups above the air vent in 3 cups but i would have to drill holes in the dash what i dont really wanna do

    I basically removed my ash tray and cigerette lighter (relocated the socket in to the the centre console compartment actually) then bogged over the holes in the shifter surround. Color coded back to the origanal factory interior and mounted them next to the shifter. I hope that makes sense.

    kinda does but did u mount them in a cup? better yet have you got a pic of it?

    Yeah in a cup, also seen them sunk in flush in to the same location. Yeah I will get you pics, don't have it mounted to the color matched one though. Just a spare one.

    well i think i will mount them in a cup above the air vent on the dash but i dont know were i would run the wires

    like this but i might only use 2 gauges
