Only marking is 'Australia' in raised cast on one of the spokes.
They are 17 x 8 in a commodore PCD.
They are a composite 3pc rim.
Any ideas?
they look like simmons OM's. simmons made 2 similar wheels, the v4 wheel which had more spokes and this pattern which was known as the OM wheel. they went out of business for a while but are back now but so far they only have the one design called the FR series wheel which is a flat 5 spoke.the early wheels were made here from memory so maybe thats what you have?
im out of my mind at the moment...please leave a message
bladerunner is bang on. simmons OM17
hopefully none of the barrels or lips are damaged, they will have to be repaired, or try tracking down old stock, being 36 bolt, you cant buy new barrels or lips in 36 bolt.
Like most simmons wheels they are worth a bit too so hold on to them

Real or fake?
I'm used to the B45/V5 series which have a serial # & a raised cast 'simmons' on the rim.
Did the later stuff not have this?
my LE17s have SIMMONS LE17/18 recessed into one spoke on the front, and AUSTRALIA on the opposite spoke. cant remember whats on the back, not much from memory.
they could be copies, but ive never seen a copy OM, and if i did, it would probably be one piece, not 3.
Thanks guys.
