Can someone reccommened a few wreckers?

I'm looking at purchasing a low km V6 Motor and Auto Trans for my VR after Christmas. Just wondering if someone can recommend a few places or wreckers in SA, I've heard of people buying second hand motors and transmissions from dodgy wreckers that #### up within the week.

I've called a few places including City Dismantlers at Gepps Cross and they wanted $850 for a second hand motor with no accessories which seems a bit steep to me (no warranty included.)

Just bought a new trans for my VS from Waterloo Auto Wreckers.

Paid $350 with a 30 day warranty......transmission is tight as a drum, just like new :P

Top Spot Auto Wreckers in Mount Gambier do a lot on Ebay, and have a 100% rating.
They aint the cheapest, but will stand by their product.
And freight isnt that big a deal these days.

Mount Gambier is a little too far way from me, but Just Commodore spares is only like a 20 min drive.
