spring confusion

I have FE2 suspenion in my VY V6 but I want it lower,
How much lower is FE2 than standard?
And what would be ideal, super low or ultra low.
(still want to be able to turn properly, I've got 235/45/17 on it)

From my random memory i think it was 15mm... dont take that as gospel though someone else on here will probably know

I prefer superlow as thats what i've got in my car but its really up to you... ultra low is a little bit impractical to me as when you load it up cops are going to be able to defect you pretty easy

Up to you really cause neither one should give you too much trouble in terms of turning

cheers mate, I've got the measures for the super and ultra low from standard, so I'll just take 15mm off those to get a rough guide.

steve44, are you saying you dont like how the car looks when nobody is sitting in it? get a mate to sit in it before you change your spring height. who cares what your car looks like when its parked up, care what it looks like with you in it.
