Pretty sure you dont need to rev it up that hard and nuetral bomb for emergencys ... Cops dont do it, ambos dont do it, fireys dont do it, ive had some hairy situations before and never had to nuetral bomb.

If youre that fussed about getting places fast, put it in gear and put your foot to the floor.
