my car was crashed 1 month ago
the insurance said it was a write off and paid me off
now they asked me am i gonna fix it and i said yes..
is it possible that they wont cancel registration? cause so far they havent and its been a while?

Best bet is to ring your insurance company and asked them.

was it repairable write off Or statutory write off...

if it was statutory write off registartion would of been canceld
and it wasnt that bad, its fixable

And to put it back on the road after being a repairable write off you need to get a Vehicle Identification Inspection Unit (VIIU) check before you can re rego it

sometimes they require both.. had to on a few cars though work, first time was like wtf.. it's to make sure you didn't do a shell swap, its all so confusing.. haha
