ho would waist there time in putting a v6 3.8 in a hiace van?

hi to all, Im in need of good info and have little time 4 searching old post (sorry). Looking 4 new powerplant, I have no choice but 2 owne a van 4 work and driven them 4 the last 20 years, they are under powered snote machines, my last project was a hiace with 302 windsor ran 4 two years but no good 4 the hotter climate where i live now.I now have a much loved vp v6 in hiace and are limited with space and heating problems (turbos + supperchager).thinking about stroker or spencer race engine stage 3 need good info not time 4 tools. I am cashed up ready 2 complete my dreams, Q is what is best option(s) and any idears. looking foward 4 good conversations.

Toyota used to make hiace vans with factory v8's from memory, but i think they had a higher roof than standard.

ecotecs are the same height as an earlier VN/VP engine, and L67's are the same height as an Ecotec.
