So I just got some VY SS seats for my VX Berlina, look great, but I was talking to a mate of mine tonight who is a cop and he says I will need a mod plate. On further research I find this is true, no idea why though.

My previous seats had the pretensioners and side impact airbags, and so do my new seats, so I can't see any difficulties.

Does anyone know some place? Preferably on the northside, but can travel if they are fairly cheap.
