Info on limited edition v8 vn opera house???????? Anyone know?????

Hey guys just wondering if anyone knows much about the vn v8 limited edition opera house?
its build number 004, cant find much info on the internet about these, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think there was a Sydney dealer that made their own 'special vehicles' from memory the badge they used had an outline of the bridge and opera house. They were numbered and badged on the dash like hsv's but nothing more than normal cars with a few of their own accesories.

An Opera House VN V8?

That's sounds pretty rare. Very 'Australiana'. Might be collectable one day.
I wonder if they ever made a 005?

Mum had vn v8 #102 there were a fair few made. there were vl vn vp vs.

Was poking around SC when one of the blokes on there schooled us on them!

I think they came standard with extras , not sure what though.

Back in the day a female school teacher of mine had one of those, from memory it was a V8 VL or VN. I'm strugling to remember what it said but think that black opera house badge on the back just said limitted edition ?

The vn model has nothing to do with the opera house or GMH. one of the Sydney dealers just throwing on some accesories and badges. Can't remember which dealer it was though.
The VL model obviously appears to be a Holden approved thing though given the build sheet.

HSV also made an Opera House edition, but this was based on the V6 S

From I've seen visually with the VN V8 version, they where all Alpine White, Smoky Beige Interior (ei: Brown), the outside had SS sill and rear bumper extensions, and colour coded boot panel. The highest number I've seen is 113, apparently 200 where built.

BTW, there was also a VP Opera House edition too
