Hey guys, just wondering if anyone else has a copy of the book called The Holden Heritage?
It is a complete history of Holden and model history from the 48-215 to the VY Commodore released in 2003.
that's an amazing read.
when i worked for holden i got to learn complete history of holden, right from the beginnings, when holden was simply putting shells onto foreign car chassis. but whilst learning bout that you also learn bout holdens billion dollar baby the ve, was amazed to see that the very first prototype was a vz shell on a prototype ve chassis.
ill keep a look out for that book for you mate.
Nah mate I have one I just took a photo of it. I got it after I completed a Murcotts driving course 6 years ago.
I'd love it of Holden released a new one with the VZ and VE, aswell as a complete HDT and HSV history.
My old man has that plus the previous one that went up to VX (I think).
i think i have a PDF of this, (yes i do) downloaded from the internetz. (im 100% sure its legal i think)
they have released one mate.
its the 60th anniversary one.
well it used to be available from Holden's website but now its not???
