turbo diesel??

hey guys i know nothing related to holdens, i was wondering. could you put a bigger turbo in a vw caddy 1.9 tdi, to give it more oomph. my mate wants to get his caddy up to about 150-200 engine kw. would the engine hold up with that sort of power? there rated power is 75-77kw

I've seen TDI Golfs making 250kw at the wheels, running sub 11second 1/4 mile on un opened engine and standard turbo. It all in the exhaust, cooler and tune apparently.
