Who has a blown 5ltr Commodore

I own a Vortech Supercharged VR 5 litre and Im looking for other power nuts that have also taken the same path in installing a blower to their 5 litre . Im interested to know how your car goes and perhapps any problems you may have had since the installation......

I dont personally have one, a close friend has a VS Senator cooled paxton. Best time of 11.32 over the 1/4.

I have an Eaton M112 on me 5 litre ute. Goes pretty good with around 250kw at the rears in it's present de-tuned state.. Only prob I've had is with detonation at high rpm/boost, hence the de-tune, however with the tailpipe replaced all should be good and 260+ rwkw should be possible in it's current state..
Mate over the road has a VS ute with a 355 stroker with a Vortech V2 bolted to it, this one should be good for 300+rwkw when it is tuned...

We've got a powerflow (sta) blower on our VT Calais, was running fine on 6psi, but when hubby and his mates tried pushing their luck with the 10psi pulley it **** itself and blew the headgaskets. Got that all fixed now, and have copper headgaskets but not running the blower until we get it tuned just so nothing else stuffs up, should be getting tuned in the next couple of weeks so will post up some results then. With just teh 6ps1 pulley it managed an easy 13.

Hey Julie I see your from the hawkesbury haha same here Its good to see that theres other Blown V8 Commodores. I have had troubles with tinkering with mine as well, I blew my blower up on christmas day and only got it back from CAPA this afternoon. Id be interested to see your results ... where are you taking your car to be tuned ??

i got the sta supercharger in mine running 9pnd boost 270 rwklwts do some head work to run less compression or you`ll keep on blowing the head gaskets
