Criteria for RWC Check?

Hi everyone,

I've done a quick search of the forums as to what criteria you have to pass to get a rwc but haven't found a lot. I have a standard 84 vk sl (black 202 est, 5spd manual) and i want to register it in the ACT.

I've done all the basic stuff to it, degreased it, replaced fuel, oil and air filers, new plugs, leads and dizzy (will be checking break pads this weekend). But i am not sure about what else is going to be looked at. I want to do all the work myself rather than paying someone to do it for me, but i want to have as much done as i can before i pay anyone to take a look at it and tell me what needs work.

Any help regarding the usual things that get picked up would be appreciated or things that you've failed on would also be great, but specifically:

Ae holes left by speakers an issue?
Rocker cover missing two bolts an issue?
Passenger door not openeing an issue?
Drivers door hard to open an issue?
