VZ Acclaim vs VYII Berlina

Hey guys, first post here.

Currently we have a VL - looking to 'upgrade' to a 2004 VZ Acclaim or 2003 VYII Berlina. I have both of them in my sights for about the same price.

Just like to know what you think of either/both these vechicles and which would be better. Its for a family of 4, will need to tow.

Also wanting to know if there are any other places to purchase a good second hand car? I've looked up carsales, carpoint, drive.com.au, carsguide and auctions.
