VH Buick 3.8 Help/Q's

He everyone, my brother has a very very clean VH SL with a 202. I have an average VN.

I wish to transplant my 3.8 into the VH. Im not GONNA do this, but if i can ever find the funds and time it would certainly become a high priority.

What i want to know is what exactly has to be done to transplant my VN Auto into the VH which currently has a 202 Auto.

I would like to include my diff in the conversion as that has discs unlike the VH.
A few things im wondering about...
Gearbox selector
Engine mounts
K-Frame
Gearbox mounts
Diff
Tailshaft
ECU Wiring and loom etc etc
Dash Cluster

Everthing else i need to worry about

Is there anyone in adelaide that can do this conversion? or can help me with it.
