Cleaning windows
On all my windows there is water lime scum stuff all over them. I tried washing them with CLR and windex but it doesnt work. What other chemicals can i try?

1 parts metho to 3 parts water, place in spray bottle. and squirt on window then wipe the window clean with a clean cloth. no marks will be left because the metho in the substance will make it evaporat quick leaving a smudge free window and it looks normally so good that u cant notace there is a window there.

Vinegar is good. but you could also try some trix dishwashing detergent and water with newspaper....works wonders

don't use newspaper. back in the old days newspaper was considered the best stuff for cleaning windows. nowdays, however, it isn't, as the chemicals used to make the ink have changed.
i read it in a book. if anyone wants to dispute it, i'll fidn the book and get the full bit out.

I think a nice cold bear goes down a lot better or a Vodka and OJ. But if you like metho, that's fine  A good way to make sure your liver turns to nothing and goodness knows what other harm it could do to your body over a period of time.
Ethanol is for cleaning and an additive to petrol. Not drinking
