Default 308 dedicated gas, has anyone done this?
With the price of petrol going through the roof, I'm thinking of putting my 308 on dedicated gas. Has anyone done this? I'm thinking of putting the compresion ratio up to 11-1, L34 heads with hardened seats, and a cam to suit. I will most likely run the Quadrajet with a good mixer (modified) on it.
Any tips and info would be great, even rough pricing for a finished engine.
