Getting a car deliverd to Melbourne

Hi my friend just purchases a CV8 from Brisbane and wants to get it shipped to Melbourne..Anyone have any names of company's phone numbers? Thanks

Finnermores delivered my VK from darwin to sydney but the gov paid for it (dads in the navy) and they did a great job. Even washed it for me. Just look up the number in the phone book.

Edit: Now called Toll express i think

Consider maybe flying up and driving it back? Figure out the price, take a friend with you, and make a road trip out of it

Have just had a car delivered from Toowoomba down to Nowra by a mob called Express Auto Carriers. The guys name is Mark Council and his number is 0746968644 and they are open office hours.
Got quotes from other guys including Toll and even looked at driving up and picking the car up myself on a trailer, but couldn't get near the price when you took into account food and accomodation. The others wanted anywhere from $800 - $1300 from Toll. It only cost me $400.00 by this transport mob as they ship boats all over the country and use cars as back loads to fill up the truck. Great delivery service and was door to door for that charge.
