Brake Caliper Cover kit??

Just saw these on ebay n wondered if these would be street legal. I was originaly gunna paint my calipers but this would do the same job, just look better.

would there be ne risks of having them on OVER the original caipers, eg: heat problem etc...

I was thinking about painting mine. It's cheaper and you can get lots of different colours to choose from.

If it was me, I'd paint them instead.
