i went thru the fords like 3 a year at one stage AS THEY KEPT BREAKING DOWN OR BLOWING UP. the 2 lt turbo escort i had i wrapped around a power pole and it snapped in half, you should of seen all the rust!!! that should of been my ford lesson but i never lernt did i. UNTILL JEN!!!! GO HOLDEN GO

well im 19 n a half i got my licence the day i turned 17

first car
88 series I vn 5spd berlina cardinal red (most favourite so far)

ae82 1986 toyota corolla seca 5spd, blood red (bought it as a hoon car of a mate sold it after a month still had the vn)

99 series II VT exec herron white auto then bought a 96 vs exec series II for the other half and to do the shopping in etc

and as of today i recently sold the vt and the misses let me get a ute picked it up yesterday so i have a 95 series I vs colum shift ute botanica blue same colour as our sedan .........cant wait to do it up

1.Honda civic - 15yrs old but had to ditch it as it had a rusted roof
2.Sigma - Killed it, hit 2 trees in a row and then fixed it but it gave out
3.Vk - wrote off coz some kid in his dads car thought he could do a right hand turn in front on me while i was doing 75kms. Hit him with no brakes OUCH
4.5.7lt 305 chev 1 tonner ute - damn nice on gas cheap to run but to low to loud and could go anywhere in it
5.HQ 4 door GTS - $7000 pearl paint job low loud nearly a show car but had to go coz it was fun but not practical
6.Vt 5 speed new project car - gonna be fun!!

1. Torana 1600 LJ manual Super Deluxe (had similar fuel economy as a 253 V8 !) - piece of s..t, but hey when your 17 in 1975 there is not much around that one can afford as their 1 st car, oh yes it was bright orange (paint code lone oranger) in colour
2. TX Gemini Coupe (brand new !!!!!) - excellent car for its time
3. 1983 Camira SLE Wagon (+ Trip Computer !!!) - well ...... if it had the efi 2 litre then it would have been a different story,
4. 1996 Berlina Series 1 V6 Ecotec sedan - went well as it was my first 6 cylinder (stock) but big bucks to buy after owning the Camira for 13 years.
5. 1996 Berlina Series 2 fully factory optioned, 5 litre wagon, 1 owner - mid life crisis but have never regretted buying it. I will keep this for some years to come.

That's it after 30 years. I have kept most of them for at least 200 K

I had all these in about the last nine years, some overlapped each other. At one stage i had 4 of them all registered at once. It was pretty crazy and cost me a fortune in rego, insurance and running costs.
