Ahhh, you're just after a centre-cap sticker! Centre caps are *generally* the things on some wheels that clip into the middle and cover where the bolts go to give them a clean smooth look by concealing the bolts
This is what a centre cap is...

Yeah they are plastic with sticky stuff on the back (stickers).
Have a look on ebay, you can get a set for less than $30.
