That's pretty bad.

i got a kit off a guy on E-Bay, from Brisbane. i got it at a good price. The kit was in good condition but it took my panelbeater (a mate) about 2 1/2 days to make it fit prperly.. And after that we couldn't line the spoiler up correctly as it rubbed on the rear quater panels.

So you do definately get what you pay for!!1

You have to understand, this was just one incident from fabtech. I know of two peopl who have odered a vt and vs kit from there and had no troubles. I myself am looking at getting a kit from there. Please don't go of the buissneses work of just one testimonial.

Actualy, while we are talking about kits, l was thinking of getting the vx clubby kit, any know what other kits are out there that look nice?

Wow, thats bad customer service. I know that in my line of work (retail), if you whine and bitch enough, you can get basically anything done. I was going to say, if worst things come to worst, threaten them with the accc in bold typing. There has been a crack down lately (in retail anyway) by the accc so you might get lucky. Also inform them that you know its your right to recieve the goods in a described condition, as they are described as new, you should recieve the item with no damage and in working order. Also, shouldn't the kit come with a warranty?

ohh my god.. after looking at those pics i cant beleive it! thats just plain wrong! do they realise that word of mouth is a powerful tool? they screw 1 customer and that customer will tell everyone else to not go there!

geeeze that is really bad, they cant do that im thinking you need to give office of fair trading a call, and really give them a even more threataning phone call using big leagl words that they cant understand and by the sounds of it it wont take that big of a word to do it.
