Question VZ Roof Racks

Hey All,

First post, yer pretty lame, but hey....
Anyway, have myself a VZ Exec wagon and need roof racks..
Question is....what accessories can you get for the genuine roof racks? Can't get an answer from my local dealer!
I'm a mad keen fisho and keep all my rods in 100mm dia PVC tubes. Rola, Rhino, etc, offer mounting systems for thier racks. Will any of the brand names accessories fit the genuine Holden roof racks?

Thanks,

Marz.

No worries, if you were in SA, would have told you to check out a couple of places like Roof Rack city, or Roof Rack world.

Best bet is to get the yellow pages out and ring around some of the aftermarket guys. Being a current generation commode, there should be a fair amount of aftermarket product that is compatible. They may even have some stuff that does a better job of carrying your stuff than you know about.

Hey Marzz,

The Genuine Holden roof racks are actually produced by Rola for Holden.

They are the Rola sports series, so all Rola / Rhino accessories will fit these racks.

For more info on Rola Products.

Thumbs up

Thanks wagon man & vy_storm,
I though that they might be Rola's but haven't looked at a pair close up, (going to buy some soon, there's a couple on ebay).
Rola have the accessory for the 100mm tube holder, although it looks a little flimsy. The Rhino ones are aluminium pieces and look much stronger.

Anyway, thanks for the info guys.

Marz.
