dude its personal prefferance.
if it were me id go Rolled edges (non Cut)
because they will be stronger - less proned to Buckel (or get wavey edges)
Lipped (or cut guards) are weaker becase they have no support
thats my 2 cents
i vote rolled... but up 2 u
Another vote for rolled
rolled ;-) looks nicer
yah was thinking rolled, but unsure on price, aint it ruffly 50 a corner?

I think closer to 70-80 a corner at tyre stores.
Cheaper if done elsewhere. Its not hard to do by yourself, but use a heat gun or something to prevent the paint cracking
my mate runs one of the tyre factorys, he'll do it for $35 a corner pm if your in need bud
anyone who needs rims or guard rolling throw me a pm
Rolled... Cost all my mates a 6pack when I did theres haha
Cheers

i did my old car with a hammer... cost me nothing but the paint was already ###ed so i didnt care. if u have nice paint and straight gaurds i would advise against it.
oh and rolled is the lip is folded up and the other one is where the lip is cut off and grounded smooth
Going where no late model stato/caprice has gone before.... GAME ON!!
rolled is done with a machine that is placed on the hub, it rolls the guards up
evenly
lipped with a hammer and dolly as explained of before
i never have heard the idea of cutting and sanding smooth, which is bad as the lip/curve is there to give strutual strength to the panel and removing it makes it weaker, so it is dangerous
