Gas research

Hey guys just wondering if I could get some infor on the gas research systems. Will I get an increas in power with one of these or will the power be as good as it would be without a duel fuel system? Also what would a full system be worth for a 5lt VR. Would it be worth my while getting one of these systems and could i claim the government rebate with this?

Your best bet for prices is to yell at a fitter, jump on the gas research page and it has them all listed there. as for the rebate if its privately owned I cant see any problems with it. As for more power, are you doing anything to the engine? dual fuel is a lose lose situation as the tune is for petrol which doesnt suit gas all that well. If you were to boost the compression to say 10 or 11 to 1, and do the nessicary head work, maybe a slightly bigger cam, coz gas likes that. then its gonna go like a shower of $hit.
