Blower fan intermittent fault

Has any one had the problem 1998 VS V8 ute, the blower fan works on all speeds when it is working. On some occasions when you start up it won't work. The problem only happened every now & then, but now it is more frequent. I was wondering if it was the fan control module. The fuse, switch & relay conections seem to be OK

swap the blower motor relay over, mine had the same problem for a while and it seemed to fix it
