vt 5ltr on idle very rough between 1 and 2 thou revs cuts out 2 to 2.5 thou revs it takes off like a rocket similar to a light switch haha..
cats got gutted problem got noticable now spent $$$$dollars on hi-flowed cats non ceramic problem went away came back 3hrs afta drivin its gotten to d point 10mins afta starting the car it plays up...
checked leads plugs still havnt checked fuel pump doing that tomorow ani 1 can give me some ideas very much appreciated its really sluggish sometimes it will take half acceleration till it will pick up to 2000revs
also 2days b4 i gutted d cats d transmission got kitted up could dis have anithin to do with d cuttin out
the timings probably out
u think it would make that much strain
it can. depends how far it is retarded, if you put your foot flat when its idling does it hesitate to rev or does it just rev slowly???
Sounds like an ignition module
Illegitimi Non Carborundum
i just found on a vt faults page that if me converter is pumped it struggles to get to 2500rpm this is a possibly considering that cats r bak to normal the only thing b4 dat was d transmission also suspicions r towards there because through d gears on idle the revs wont change for instance parking into reverse
would dat be realted or not really
Mate try speaking in english. I can only understand every second word.
yea dat and r and u are not words lol
Change your Battery
As stupid as it sounds, i had a similar problem, car was running shit at certain revs (wouldn't even bag up properly) Chucked a new battery in, and she was back to normal.

I'm betting he could construct a legible sentence if he tried. Unfortunately most people are now attuned to shortening text to fit into an SMS and they carry it over into every day life. Or he doesn't feel we deserve the effort it takes to put some thought into what he's about to post, or even re-read before he submits anything.
I'd hate to see his Resume!
