Forgive me if this is a taboo topic (I don't think it is!) but I just bought myself issue 120 of SC and I found an interesting tiny little bit in there that pretty much confirms my suspicions.
On page 30 in the bottom left corner there is a photo of an engine bay that I recognise to belong to Tuddles' ute, along with a brief caption stating "An interesting Raptor setup failed to break 15s".
I had a chuckle to myself in any case![]()

ah dude, terry is running 8.5psi MAX on his ute with fully stock internals and 250 000 on the clock. still about 190kw.

I still would love to know why no <15 pass with the mods he's got though?? boost is boost so whats the issue? i'd be replacing components at this stage rather than more performance mods... something must be wrong
EDIT: just re-read Tuddles thread here and his earlier time slip says 14.262? Something broken now or what?

Ok i see u all saw pics that finally got in to Street Commodore after nearly 6 months after the event. If u look close u will see on that day on ran on my street tyres with that combo the best i could do was a 15.1 @98mph 24/6/2006 and now that i have a pair of Mickey Thompsen ET Streets best time so far is a 14.2 @94mph 5/8/2006. Horsepower is still close to 280rwhp without a cooler. If u have any problems ask and u will get the right answer. oh and I have the time slips to prove it.
