On the VY seats and leather interiors bits I get out the Meguiars Rich Leather Foam, used to use the liquid equivalent but found that fairly time consuming whereas the foam seems to work just as well and a lot quicker.

This is all I've used since day 1 so I really can't compare other products but no doubt there is something out there which is better.

I did hear about some stuff they use on horse saddles but never been game enough to try it.

I use Armor All Leather Protectant Gel on the aged leather VR and it works extremely well, when i purchased my car in July the leather was dry, filthy and had oily spots. After one application of the leather gel it was clean and rid of oily spots, and after applying the gel a couple of times it was as good as new except in areas worn through. Application is as easy as rubbing the gel onto the surface, then wiping any excess of with a clean cloth.

I have also used Maguires Gold Class Rich Leather Cleaner / Conditioner which also gave good results.
