Cost To Program Vx Key Remote

Does anyone know what it would cost to get a key and reprogram a central locking remote for a VX in VIC.
All responses greatly apreciated.

its usually between $70 and $90 at a holden dealership...where i work its $75 for a 3 button remote head and $68 for a 2 button one

I'm looking at getting another one done for the XU6, thats key cut, remote head and head programmed. And I was told around $110 from Berwick Holden. I think it was $100 at Dandenong Holden.

It would probably be a bit cheaper for you, seeing as though you don't have the 3 expensive letters in front of your car make. (HSV)

But call around a few local Holden dealers. As the prices do vary from dealership to dealership.

if you have a remote i can program them for $20 each
most dealers will charge about $20 to 25 each

When I got a new key for my old VS I was quoted $120 but I needed it done on the day and they couldnt do it, they told me to ring the local locksmith since thats who they call to do it cost me $88 to have a new key cut and programed..

But just double checking, that price was for the 3 button keyhead right?

$95 new remote programed + cost of key and cutting from locksmith.
KEVIN DENNIS HOLDEN (sunshine)
$110 new remote programed + cost of key and cutting from locksmith.
SUMMIT HOLDEN
$160 new remote programed + cost of key and cutting from locksmith.
Mantello Holden
$170 new remote programed + cost of key and cutting from locksmith.
Only place to give prog cost of $66.
Holden Essendon here i come as a Remote from eBay $50-$8 + programing

all sedans from the start of VT should have 3 button keys?

because the key i got went flat a week after i got the car, & i got a key head for free but it was only 2 button, i got it programmed for free, so i wasnt complaining, can you suppply a HSV keyhead if you do it? Can you do it cheaper if we get 2 at once?
