Default higher rated globes (ie100/90W) how to install

Hi just wondering if i need to do anything mod wise to install such globes without burning sumthing out in the wiring or whatever. Standard commodore globes i believe are 60/55w these are more powerfull. Bought them already cant really take them back. Some ppl say they r ok, others say i need to change sumthing in the setup. I am confused. Thanks guys and girls...

    Cheers

You wanta know the best thing...

The Narva range of Bulbs are generally Osram Bulbs.... They even have Osram printed on the bulb!

I bought mine before Repco were rebadging the Osrams. The 50% work wonders, in both spot and driving lights. It's well worth it!

Don't put in 100/90's... Your wiring will not cope, you will get a voltage drop because the wiring is not made for the higher rated bulb, and hence get a duller light than you would otherwise expect...

I put the 100/90's in an old Falcon with glass headlight, and steel reflector, not plastic, and upgraded the wiring...
