hmm, get the drill out, lol.
that usually works, drill out the bolt, then either reverse the drill bit direction and see if that unscrews the bolt - or get a screw driver in there and try getting a grip with that to unscrew it.
i dont understand how you stuffed up, those allen key bolts are really strong - were you using the right size allen key?

What you will need to do, if you have access to torx bits, they are the 6 point looking allen key and hammer one of those in and unscrew it. The other way is to get a double hex socket, the 12 point not the single hex, and hammer one over the top.

are the bolts recessed? (ive never had a chance to look) if not, grind or hacksaw a slot in it and use a big flat blade screw driver maybe

mate easiest way is to grab the vice grips if you have and make them fairly tight on the the outside of the allen bolt and turn, presto now undone, dunno how the ### you would have rounded one of those bolts. they are fairly strong and i've never rounded one in my life. probably removed over 100 or 150 or those plenum chambers. anyhow good luck let us know how you go.

if i've helped in any way, rep would be good. cheers mate
