Default Diagnosed interior water leak... Need a little more help

I've had a little problem with a water leak for a while. When I wash the car or when it rains I get a soaked front passenger carpet. The water runs down from behind the dash, down the front passenger kick panel and onto the carpet on the left hand side near the sill panel. It's not a blocked drain or heater core. Tonight I filled the watering can and soaked the radio aerial hole. Nothing. Wated a few minute then poured the water onto the plenum where the wiper arm is and the base of the windscreen. Still nothing. Wated a few more minutes then ran the water from the top of the windscreen. All of a sudden a wet kick panel and soaked passenger floor. Do you thing I need the windscreen re sealed or is it maybe something else. I've read a few people here have had a similar problem but no one posted a follow up and solution to this problem
Car theives should be treated just like horse theives and cattle rustlers in the days of the wild west... Hang them!
