VY sound system

Hi Guys,
I have a VY wagon, I have seen referance on this site , to a premium sound system.............how are they different to the standard sound system.........are they a Belina/calias system, or different again

You may be talking about phreddy's upgrade prehaps?
It allows you to hook up amplifiers using rca's.
Berlina and calais are six stacker systems but it uses the same upgrade as the single disc as far as i know.

in the calais, statesman, caprice, and hsv models they had what was called the premium system which just had a subwoofer and amp and more power output than stock, it was an option on all other models too

There were also a few HBD after market options which upgraded speakers and the option subwoofer and amp. not sure how common this was though
