Hey guys, I need this rear bar to fit my VT. But I hate that cut out for the tow-bar is it fixable?

Or can you take the lower black lip off and replace it? as I have it on my old bar.

Holden are to expensive for parts so yeah..

I would look for one that doesn't have the cut out. Most non-genuine towbars went under the bumper on a VT so there was no need to cut it. I'll have a squiz around and see what I can find.

Thanks mate, yeah holden want $250 for a rear bar.

This is why I need a new one, because people at shopping centres need to learn what mirrors are for and if there is a car behind them... in this case I was in the shops when this happend... and im guessing its a tow bar job.

I thought the piece for the tow bar was a seperate pieice that just pops out somehow? If that's the case then can't ya just get another bit to slot back in?

Id just fill that and -respray/touch up

would be less havoc then filling and fixing the hole made for the towbar.
