What is this car?

I was in Vietnam last week and spied this car in a secured area. I could not get any closer. Is this likely to be a car we have exported to Vietnam or is it likely to be one we copied for the VN? It may be an Opel judging by the front emblem.

it is an opel.

Thats what our VN was copied from, quite obviously as every new model follows the Europe look.

yep. it is the opel omega A. used for the VN commy (as well as the opel senator)

ladies and gets you are now looking at the base for all the v series from the vn upto the vy. that is what the vn was based off, it's older than the vn, and it's english.

The back door looks like its been repainted. i think with some rims and zorst should polish up great LMAO Why was it in a secured area?

Dunno about secured, but guards were there directing people around ho chi minh's house and the car was not exactly on the normal tourists' route.

Its an Opel Omega. Very slightly smaller than the Senator (although I think they used the same chassis) and it has a different grille, headlights and rear quarter windows. The quarter windows on the Senator are identical to the ones on the VN.

Edit:- Just checked and that's already been said!! I'll shut up next time!!

i thought the same thing when i first looked lol... looks like a camira crossed between a VN lol
