cente cap truoble

hey guys i just got myself 4 sets of 16"stateman chrome rims and its got centrecaps on them when i fitted the wheels to the car and tried to put the cente cap in it wouldnt go in. has anyone had this problem? is there anyway of modifying the centre caps to fit? oh yh my car is a vn. much appriciatte it if anyone cuold help me

If its only the front then hammer the dust cap on the disc in a bit and it should be OK.
