Forged Internals on Factory Supercharged Vt?

Heya all

Ive been waiting to ask this for quite a few days now (thank god for our new host!).

Does anyone know if the Vt factory supercharged engine came with forged or strengthened internals? I googled it and came up with:

"The heads and manifold, the injectors and fuel rails, bottom harmonic balancer, Computer/chip Cam, pistons, rods, crank are all different to the standard ECOTEC engines."

It doesnt really state that their forged or reenforced just "different" to standard ecotec internals :S

according to fit they are. i have done some research on the vt sv6 motor and according to one of fits test mules the vt sv6 they had got up to 500hp @ the fw with stock internals! and i rember them quoteing that they said not even a vl turbo will do that stock internals (questionable?) anyway thats just what i read but yeah the internals are all strenghened

I remember doing some research on them some time ago, there are a couple of parts that are strengthened compared to the normal ecotec. I dont remembered reading they were Forged, just stronger than the standard ecotec.
