generally speaking, paying outrageous amounts for plates is absolutely a waste of cash. and ppl who advertise plates in the paper for $5000 or whatever crazy amount are dicks. sorry, but plates are plates. get a sticker on your window or something.
just pay what its worth to get them new from the transport dept. if you really want them, give an extra $50 or $100.

For a start they're not good plates anyway.

I don't care how good the plates are, i'd never pay more than $400 for plates.

personally i wouldnt pay anything for those plates, but thats my opinion. IF i were to buy a set of plates like those off someone i would not pay more than whatever the retail price is for my state.

Decided not to even bother wasting money on plates. Instead i bought a brand new HSV boot lip for the vn. I love the look of my car much better now
