Anyone know what a set of lowered Front Struts cost?
Why do you want new struts?
why not just lower your current ones?
The strut id imagine would be >$100 easy.
Springs are $100 a pair for lowered.

I got a set of king springs in now and thinking of replacing the struts with lowered one
Front struts are the same lowered or not. $115 each for KYB.

Sick of paying too much for high performance brake pads? Want high performance and cold bite with low rotor wear?

i got a pair of shortened ultima shocks of a wholesaler from ebay. $240 incl postage. it comes with:
2 x Shortened Struts
2 x Bump stops
4 x Bolts
2 x top mount nuts
2 x turn bearings
not really, standard shocks/struts are designed to work within certain ranges, ie standard height shocks/strut that are fitted with lowered spring wont last long due to the stress and will give you a more choppier ride, bottom out etc

ahh, ok, heres the issue, lets use correct language.
Strut = Large Metal opject which houses spring and shock. It attaches to tie rod via the tie rod ends and it also houses the hub which connects to a disc etc. etc.
Shock = Shock absorber.... we all know what they are....
Which is why i had no idea what he ment...
I apologise for my post as i thought you ment the actual strut, not just the shock absorber...
my bad.

The front struts on a VT are a sealed unit. There is no need to use a lowered shock/strut on the front. Rears it is recommended. I'll have to make a call tomorrow and find out the price of the VT ones.
Could try FE2 struts?

Got my dad some lowered heavy duty front strut inserts for his VP. I think they were like $90 each or something like that. Good thing is the brand is Boge & they have a LIFETIME warrenty.
