Hi guys just wondering if you can give me ideas about Fusion speakers. Want ot replace the stock speakers out of my VT. Have a Sony head unit. Was thinking all Sony, but like the look of the Power Plant range by Fusion. Let me know if you have any tips on what they are like or if you can recommend something better. Dont want to spend a great deal but about $150 for a pair max. Thanks.![]()

Having extensively used both brands in subs/amps and 6*9 and 5*7s, I gotta say Fusion are superior to Xplode. The Xplode range are good bang for buck if you can get them cheap, but I've found quite a bit more clarity from the fusion stuff.
I currently run fusion powerplant 5*7s up the back, and a (cheap) fusion 12" with a fusion amp for kick... the sub/amp set me back $360 brand new, and they've been worth every damn dollar and more. Very clear, and loud enough to drown out the road noise
the 2-way 5*7s are awesome too. better than the Xplode 6*9s I used to have, and even better when I had them amped up.
