heya, been hearing people say that if you do standstill burnouts with ABS fitted cars that it will f**k the ABS? any truth in it? not that i got out laying skids around the suburbs jst wondering?

Yep I've got ABS in the VR BT1, it's done more than it's share of burnouts and I can tell you the ABS still works just fine!

No, won't screw the ABS permanently but may set fault codes because, with the rear wheels spinning and the fronts stationary, the ABS computer "thinks" that the front wheel speed sensors have failed. This may temporarily disable the ABS until the sensors are read again.
