Hello does and will any place in australia make car body chassis and shells and panels to look like a VC-VZ holden because im interested to find out if any aftermarket car body builder still remakes car shells to look like VC-VZ holdens.

also can anyone give me a full list of what you can still buy new from holden and what you cant buy from holden newfor each particular model holden.

i want to know if any place will custom make new vc-vz body shells like places do for custom dashes for cars. i just thought for example instead of doing up a rwo get a new custom shell made and get a rwo the same model and put those parts in the new shell and scrap the rwo.

I know you can get Monaro shells from ACdelco, I've seen it advertised in magazines, but I'm not sure if this is what you're asking.

lol,had to throw the ford in there hey.

as far as i know, no one makes new shells for those cars, theyre far too old to make any sort of profit from a new shell. find a good shell at the wreckers or buy one and rebuild it.

several companies make new replacement panels for them though, such as bonnets, boots, front guards, etc. but frommy experience, theyre crap thin metal, and dont always fit straight or stand up well to light pressure, causing dents. again, get some good panels from the wreckers

I think you're out of luck. Considering the models are over 10 years old and the price of a new shell would outweigh the price of a 2nd hand vehicle what would be the point?
There would be no money to be made in producing them as the tooling alone would cost a fortune to an aftermarket manufacturer.

If you are really keen you could check the Ford / Holden dealers for new old stock panels then buy a cheap shell and replace all the panels .

Look on Ebay there is a brand new VP sedan shell and a VP wagon shell on there now.
